Images Types

This page shows different image types (file extensions) and information about images

Most images are saved as jpg or jpeg files. These do not support transperancy

If you want to use an image with transperancy then you need to save it as a png or svg file. Then the white space around the outside of the image will be invisible or transparent.

Also, Vector objects use either png or svg file types. Jpeg or jpg do not support transperancy or vector. These are called BITMAPS.
