Time and Temperature

I love to travel. Recently I was in the United States with my wife and the local temperatures are always in Fahrenheit. Fahrenheit is an old-style measurement for temperature and only now used in the United States of America. It was used in much of the world prior to the advancement of metric and the use of Celsius as the standard of temperature measurement the world over. Click here for further details.

So have a play with the conversion buttons below.

Time is also a useful thing to understand. Did you know that the world is split into 24 sections on longitude measuring 15 degrees across. Each of these divisions are basically 1 hour apart, hence we have different time zones.

I have added below a couple of buttons that show the current time and time in other areas around the world.
